Prince S. Kondeh
Co-Director; Chief of Operations

Prince is Krao from Jerboetutie, Upper Tartweh, Sinoe County, Republic of Liberia. He is an IT specialist and Assistant Director of the Y-Club Program at Innovative Education Liberia and is pursuing a certificate in IT from Indiana Wesleyan University online. Prince received his diploma in 2021 from Sinoe County Multilateral High School.

Megan C. Crutcher
Co-Director; Chief Historian

Megan is an American historian and archaeologist from the eastern U.S. (Pennsylvania and Virginia) who studies West African maritime history. Megan has two university degrees in history and is now a doctoral candidate (PhD) in Anthropology at Texas A&M University in Texas, USA. Megan's Krao (Kru) name is Juah Doeteh.

Christopher Jah Morris
​​​Research and Logistics Support

Chris is from Dodweken, Lower Jedepo, Sinoe County, Republic of Liberia, West Africa. He is an educator and computer specialist at Innovative Education Liberia with experience in teaching, computer education, and transportation logistics. Chris received his diploma in 2021 from Sinoe County Multilateral High School.

K. Cynthia Nyenkan
Student Research Assistant and Social Media Manager

Cynthia is a senior student (class of 2025) at St. Joseph Catholic High School in Greenville, Sinoe County, Republic of Liberia. She hails from Jedepo. Cynthia is a practicing journalist and press president of the St. Joseph Catholic School with experience in journalism, youth activism, and business management.
